Dibutyltin dilaurate produced by Yutai Chemical is a high boiling organic tin compound. It is used as a highly efficient catalyst in the manufacture of polyurethane coatings, electroplating coatings, spray coatings, polyurethane foams, coatings, adhesives and sealants. Silicone rubber mold products, soft PVC plastic products, such as film, semi-hard sheet, transparent hose, etc. are used as heat stabilizers. T-12 is soluble in all plasticizers, organic solvents such as benzene, toluene and acetone. It is insoluble in water and is a potent catalyst.

In addition, the T-12 catalyst produced by Yutai Chemical is used in the manufacture of rigid foam polyurethane. In applications where the use of an amino catalyst alone exhibits insufficient catalysis, organometallic species such as T-12 catalysts can produce an increased synergistic effect with the amino catalyst. It is therefore suitable for the manufacture of rigid foams that require high speed catalysis. Even high-density structural foams, sprayed wall insulation and hard plates are manufactured in high-speed production lines. T-12 has a fast and efficient wicking reaction in the time of rapid gel debonding. T-12 can be applied to one-component moisture-curing polyurethane coatings, two-component coatings, adhesives and sealing layers. Dibutyltin dilaurate is an organic tin additive which is soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, toluene, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, chloroform, acetone, petroleum ether and all industrial plasticizers. It is insoluble in water. The high-boiling, multi-purpose organotin catalyst circulating in the market is usually liquefied by special liquefaction. It is a light yellow or colorless oily liquid at normal temperature. It is a white crystal at low temperature and can be used as a polyvinyl chloride plastic additive. Excellent lubricity, transparency and weather resistance. Resistance to sulfide contamination is good. Used as a stabilizer in soft transparent products, as a high-efficiency lubricant in hard transparent products, also as a catalyst for crosslinking of acrylate rubber and carboxyl rubber, catalyst for polyurethane foam synthesis and polyester synthesis, room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber catalyst.

Polyurethane drier is used in polyurethane rigid foam, semi-rigid foam, soft foam, high resilience foam, elastomer, sealant and other industries. Catalysts commonly used in the synthesis of polyurethanes and their raw materials are mainly tertiary amine catalysts and organometallic compounds.
